OME Spotlight

Heather Bartlett joined the School of Medicine as an Academic Advisor in July 2026. She earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego, and holds several professional certifications in coaching, career development, and personality assessment.

With more than 16 years of experience in higher education, Heather has dedicated her career to supporting student success through academic advising, career coaching, teaching, and leadership. Heather is passionate about helping students navigate challenges, achieve their academic goals, and prepare for successful careers. She is excited to become part of the School of Medicine community and contributing to the success of its students. Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
